Register your product under lifetime warranty
You have 2 months following the date of purchase and/or collection in store, to register your product under lifetime warranty.
To do this, click on the “Help” widget/button at the bottom right of your screen.

Prepare and provide the following information
- Your proof of purchase less than 2 months old (collection slip, invoice, delivery slip, order form, gift voucher*)
- The reference of your product (A or B followed by 6 digits) written on the packaging towards barcode, on the instructions or on the product
- The batch number written/engraved on the product, or the packaging towards the barcode. It can take the form of 4 digits, 4 digits-4 digits, 2 digits/2 digits, or 4 digits POFR digits. To see our video tutorial: click here

Our commitment
Because our primary objective is to ensure your complete peace of mind, we place very high demands on the quality and durability of our products . This commitment is reflected in the Lifetime Warranty that we offer on our products. The Babymoov and Badabulle Lifetime Warranty is free, personal and non-transferable, and applies exclusively to a new product purchased from a point of sale approved by Babymoov.
Birth gift and registration with Lifetime Warranty
When purchasing a birth gift or via a birth list , the 2-month registration period remains the same. Remember to register the product under Lifetime Warranty directly after purchase for future parents .
You just need to enter their contact details on the form. As part of a birth list, you must also register the products under Lifetime Warranty immediately after their collection in store and not at the closing of the list which takes place well after the authorized period of 2 months generally.
Scope of the Lifetime Warranty
The lifetime warranty is reserved for individuals, and does not cover the use of a product in a professional context.

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greenland, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Metropolitan France including Corsica, Andorra, Monaco, Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, French Polynesia, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Switzerland, Hungary, United Kingdom, Portugal, United States, Canada.
Countries of residence eligible for the Badabulle lifetime guarantee

When does this Lifetime Warranty apply?
The lifetime warranty takes over from the 2-year legal warranty, and therefore starts the day after the second anniversary of your purchase.
For the first two years, your product is covered by the 2-year legal warranty, which applies upon presentation of proof of purchase, without prior registration. If you forgot to register for the Lifetime Warranty, please note that your product is still covered for 2 years!
What is covered by the warranty
The warranty applies subject to use in accordance with the instructions, electronic or electrical malfunctions, and defective parts.
What is not covered by the lifetime warranty
The warranty does not cover consumables (pacifiers, teats, brushes, batteries, etc.). It does not cover damage caused by improper use of the equipment, poor maintenance, or breakage, damage resulting from an accident or fall, aesthetic alterations to internal and external surfaces that do not affect the use of the product (stains, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, screen printing).
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as normal wear and tear of textiles (fabrics worn by regular use, discoloration, tears, holes), seams.
Also excluded from the warranty are loss, theft, or any alteration related to an external event.
Products not eligible for the Lifetime Warranty: Spare parts, all items not displaying the Lifetime Warranty logo on their packaging, our Imperfect products, the Twist Range, Kozii Range, Foodii Range, used/second-hand items, reconditioned products.
Lifetime Warranty Application
Under this warranty, Babymoov offers to repair the item or replace the product if the defects are irreparable.
In order to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of our customers, Babymoov ensures frequent renewal of its ranges. In the event that we are unable to replace the item with the same model, we reserve the right to offer you a similar product and/or one with equivalent technical characteristics. If a change of range is necessary, the exchange will be made for a product of equivalent value to the purchase price. Under no circumstances can the lifetime warranty authorize you to request a refund for the defective product.
Any request for support for the Lifetime Warranty may be subject to a physical inspection of the product. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
How do I use my Lifetime Warranty?
If you have any concerns beyond the 2-year legal warranty, simply contact our Customer Relations team (with your proof of purchase and a copy of the email acknowledging receipt of your request for registration under the Lifetime Warranty). In the event of a technical problem covered by the Lifetime Warranty, your product will be repaired or exchanged as soon as possible!
